I feel like I dictated this book to the the author because it includes everything I would put in a book like this!!! It has the foods to eat and why they should be eaten; nutritional values; recipes and menus. The only other piece of information I would have liked to be included is why one cannot eat grapefruit if taking antidepressants.
So buy with confidence and enjoy. If you are like me, you won't mind missing all the bad food you should avoid.

Oh, by the way you can have DARK CHOCOLATE for a snack!!!

one of the best weight loss ebook i read in ages, the tips and techniques described are unique.

Quick read, but full of errors, or awkward phrasing. Focuses mostly on fruits and a few vegetables. Three meal plans at the back, and some sound advice overall.
Such an important book! People should really start incorporating more of this natural superfoods in their life.

This book gives a short and helpful description of nutrients and weight loss benefits of 25 super foods. The list includes all varieties of foods. It would be very easy to build diet plans with this book and feel satisfied. A few daily menus are included, but I would switch them up a bit.
This is another great book by Jessica Robbins,she has written that through the consumption of super foods one can burn fat and essentially lose weight. I learnt a lot from this book , foods such as chocolate, avocados, green teas and almonds are excellent foods to trim the fat, they also have more than one benefit such as a brain booster. I highly recommend this book !!!
Weight Loss is a practical guide that offers interesting steps to help you lose weight. Along with discussing superfoods that may help you along the way.

I like the fact the author writes in a personalized zone. I did find however there are a few syntax issues that interrupted the reading flow. Simpler word choice will eliminate this.

Bottom line is, there's plenty of pointers in this book to support weight loss. I recommend you read this book and see what you can learn!
